Regardless of whether you apply or qualify for the Outside In-House program, DSL Patents has a wealth of experience with small individual and large corporate inventors across a wide variety of technologies. We can work with you to:

• Document, evaluate and prioritize potential inventions into a patent filing program, freeing you up to undertake the important business of growing your company
• Mine the inventions you and/or your company have that you may not even recognize
• Establish and manage programs to incent your employees to submit potential inventions for evaluation
• Identify the kernel of an invention that may be patentable
• Identify which inventions should not be patented and what to do with these inventions
• Identify the potential scope and form of the claims of the patent applications that you decide, with our assistance, to proceed with.
