While DSL Patents recommends that you retain us from the outset to develop your patent strategy and prepare your patent application from scratch (as these usually provide the best results) if you already have a disclosure that you intend to file, or a patent (even a provisional) application that you have already filed, we can provide a critical review of your document to suggest improvements (hopefully prior to filing) or prepare a set of claims that are supported by the disclosure you have prepared and which maximize both the likelihood of resulting in a useful and valid patent and the scope of monopoly that may be available to you.
